Projects
A project is the container for one product or brand. Keywords, channels, personas, and mentions all belong to a project.
Creating a project
Go to Projects → New project and fill in three fields:
- Name — the display name (e.g. "Replyt", "Acme CRM"). Used in email digests and the dashboard.
- Description — one or two sentences about what your product does. The AI uses this to score how relevant each thread is and to frame replies. Write it as if explaining to a potential customer.
- Website URL — your landing page or product page. Referenced in personas and used for pixel attribution setup.

Project settings
Editing
Open the project's Settings tab to update the name, description, or website URL at any time. Changes take effect on the next daily scan.
Activating and deactivating
Projects can be toggled active or inactive. Inactive projects are skipped by the daily scanner — useful when you want to pause scanning for a specific product without deleting it.
Deleting a project
Deleting a project permanently removes all its keywords, channels, personas, and mentions. Replies are also deleted. This cannot be undone.
Multiple projects
Each project has its own keywords, subreddits, personas, and mention inbox. There's no cross-project data sharing. This makes it easy to manage multiple products or clients with separate contexts and tones.
Scans, reply counts, and limits are tracked per account — not per project. So if you have two projects and a Starter plan (75 replies/month), those 75 replies are shared across both.
