Free trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial gives you access to all core features with reduced limits (1 project, 10 scans, 25 AI-assisted drafts).
When your trial ends, the account enters read-only mode. You can still view existing threads and drafts, but scanning and draft generation stop until you upgrade.
Monthly limits
Scans
Each time a keyword is processed against a channel, it counts as one scan. Both manual scans and the daily automatic cron scan count toward your monthly limit. The Trial includes 10 scans, Starter 150, and Growth 500.
AI-assisted drafts
This single monthly limit covers three kinds of generated drafts, all counted against one shared pool:
- Reddit reply drafts: generating or regenerating a reply for a thread.
- DM openers: the first message in a Lead Generation outreach (Growth plan).
- DM follow-ups: later messages in a DM conversation (Growth plan).
Editing or copying a draft you already generated does not count. The Trial includes 25 drafts, Starter 75, and Growth 250. See the Lead Generation docs for how DM drafts work.
Reset date
Scan and draft counters reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC. There's no partial refund for unused quota. Limits restart fresh each month.
Add-ons
If you're close to your monthly limit, you can purchase a one-time pack from the Billing page. Add-ons stack on top of your plan's quota and are valid for the current month.
Stripe billing portal
If you're on a paid plan, you can access the Stripe customer portal from Billing → Billing portal. From there you can:
- Update your payment method
- Download past invoices
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, so there's no immediate cutoff. After cancellation, the account returns to a read-only state.
Your data (projects, threads, replies) is preserved for 90 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.
Past-due payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries up to 3 times over 7 days. During retries, your account shows a past due badge but access continues. If the final retry fails, the subscription is canceled.
To recover a past-due subscription, update your payment method in the Stripe portal. The next payment attempt will run automatically.
