Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial gives you access to all core features with reduced limits (1 project, 10 scans, 25 replies).

When your trial ends, the account enters read-only mode — you can still view existing threads and replies, but scanning and reply generation stop until you upgrade.

💡You'll receive email reminders at 3 days, 1 day, and on the day your trial expires. Each email includes a direct link to upgrade.

Monthly limits

Scans

Each time the daily cron processes a keyword against a channel, it counts as one scan. A project with 5 keywords and Reddit + HN enabled uses 2 scans per keyword per day (10 scans/day, ~300/month). Manual scans also count.

AI Replies

Each time you generate an AI reply (or regenerate), it counts as one reply. Editing and copying an existing reply does not count.

Reset date

Scan and reply counters reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC. There's no partial refund for unused quota — limits restart fresh each month.

Add-ons

If you're close to your monthly limit, you can purchase a one-time pack from the Billing page. Add-ons stack on top of your plan's quota and are valid for the current month.

+50 AI Replies$9~$0.18 per reply · one-time

Add-on packs are available from the Billing page once the corresponding Stripe price IDs are configured. They don't renew automatically — each purchase is a one-time charge.

Stripe billing portal

If you're on a paid plan, you can access the Stripe customer portal from Billing → Billing portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Download past invoices
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — there's no immediate cutoff. After cancellation, the account returns to a read-only state.

Your data (projects, threads, replies) is preserved for 90 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.

💡If you're cancelling because you've hit a limit, consider a one-time add-on pack first — it's cheaper than a plan upgrade if you only need extra quota occasionally.

Past-due payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries up to 3 times over 7 days. During retries, your account shows a past due badge but access continues. If the final retry fails, the subscription is canceled.

To recover a past-due subscription, update your payment method in the Stripe portal. The next payment attempt will run automatically.
