By accessing or using Replyt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial and paid plans.
Replyt is a SaaS platform that monitors online communities (including Reddit and Hacker News) for keyword mentions and provides AI-powered reply suggestions to help businesses engage with potential customers. The Service includes mention scanning, AI reply generation, and related features as described on our website.
You must create an account to use Replyt. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@replyt.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to core features including 2 manual scans and up to 5 AI-generated replies. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Replyt offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Agency) billed monthly. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Replyt does not store your payment card information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact info@replyt.co within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Replyt uses artificial intelligence to suggest reply content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated reply. Replyt makes no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. Publishing a reply on any platform is your decision and your responsibility.
If you provide API keys for third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic), you are responsible for complying with those providers' terms of service. Your API keys are encrypted and used solely to provide the Service to you. Replyt is not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party accounts as a result of using the Service.
Replyt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Replyt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create, including project descriptions, keywords, and reply text. By using the Service, you grant Replyt a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REPLYT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR MENTIONS WILL BE FOUND OR THAT AI-GENERATED REPLIES WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLYT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
